How do I exchange Spirit Wear items for different sizes or request a refund -Simply place the item(s) you'd like to return in a bag labeled "Return to Spirit Wear." Inside the bag, include a note with your name and details about what you'd like. Whether it's an exchange for a different size or a request for a refund. We'll take care of it from there!
When is the Spirit Shop open -The month of September the store will be Open Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30 PM.
When will I receive my Order -Orders are delivered twice each week. Once your order is received, it will be included in the next delivery window so you won't have to wait long!
When will you restock sizes for school uniforms -We are constantly working to keep all uniform sizes in stock. However, please note that we've ran into supply issues; Pullovers have been on backorder, and the orange Pullover has been discontinued. We'll continue doing our best to restock items as quickly as possible and will update families on availability.
Can I personally buy a uniform pullover through a third-party website and get the school's name embroidered on it -No. All official school uniforms must be purchased directly through the school.
